A single accountable consultant that fills a seat and proves every decision.

Proof over probability.
Thought Pattern AI builds autonomous software you can actually hand work to: digital consultants that fill a real seat, take on the decision, and stand behind the result. The point is not a cleverer model. The point is work you can trust because you can check it.
Why we exist
Models can already do a great deal. What holds them back from real responsibility is trust, and trust is what most systems cannot offer.
In a typical autonomous system, behavior is buried in billions of weights, where the worker and its own judge are the same mind. When it goes wrong, there is nothing to point to and nothing to fix. You are asked to take the output on faith. That is fine for a draft. It is not fine for a decision that carries weight.
We started the company around a simple conviction: an autonomous worker should be able to prove its work, or say plainly that it cannot.
Our thesis
Instead of hoping a single model polices itself, we separate the two jobs. An Actor does the work. A separate Regulator judges that work against a legible policy, set per engagement, with a ceiling that cannot be argued away. The referee is not the player.
Because the policy is written down and the judgment happens at a boundary, failures surface where they can be caught and corrected rather than hidden inside a black box. Alignment stops being a promise about a model and becomes a property of the system.
Aligned by architecture, not by hope. Trust you can point to.
What we build
One thesis runs through everything we make: keep the work legible, and keep it fast enough to use.

Explore EngramHow we work
The same standard we hold our software to, we hold ourselves to. We keep the moving parts readable, we ship the pieces that should be open in the open, and we would rather tell you what a system cannot do than let you find out later. Engram is open source under Apache-2.0, and our security posture is written down where you can read it.
The company
