Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy describes how Thought Pattern AI, LLC collects, uses, shares, and protects information in connection with our website, products, and services (the “Services”).
Overview
We collect only the information we need to operate the Services, respond to you, and run our business. This policy explains what we collect and why. It applies to our website and to the products we provide, and should be read together with our Terms of Service and Security page.
Information we collect
Information you provide
When you contact us or engage our Services, you may provide your name, email address, company, the message or request you send us, and, where applicable, account and billing information. If you use a form on our Site, we receive the information you enter into it.
Information collected automatically
When you visit the Site, we may automatically collect limited technical information such as your IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and the date and time of your visit. We use this information to operate and secure the Site.
Information from other sources
We may receive information about you from third parties, such as a referral from a mutual contact or information from our service providers, and combine it with information we already hold.
How we use information
We use the information we collect to:
- provide, maintain, and improve the Services;
- respond to your inquiries and communicate with you about your requests;
- process transactions and manage engagements;
- monitor and protect the security and integrity of the Services;
- detect, prevent, and address fraud or abuse;
- comply with legal obligations and enforce our agreements; and
- send you administrative or, where permitted, promotional communications.
Information you submit through our contact form is used to respond to you. We do not use it for newsletters or sell it, as stated on the form itself.
Analytics and cookies
We keep tracking to a minimum. We use only the cookies and similar technologies necessary to operate the Site and understand its performance, and we do not serve third-party advertising. Because there is no consensus on how to interpret them, we do not currently respond to browser “Do Not Track” signals. You can set your browser to refuse cookies, though some parts of the Site may not function as intended.
Data retention and security
We retain personal information only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy, to comply with our legal obligations, and to resolve disputes. Engagement data is isolated and, at the end of an engagement, is deleted with confirmation except where you have asked us to retain a record. We protect information with the measures described on our Security page, including encryption in transit and at rest.
Your choices and rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information we hold about you, and you may opt out of promotional communications at any time by using the unsubscribe mechanism or by contacting us. We will honor requests to the extent required by applicable law.
California residents
If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act (as amended) provides you with rights to know the categories of personal information we collect, the purposes for which we use it, and the categories of parties with whom we share it, as well as rights to access, delete, and correct your information and to not be discriminated against for exercising these rights. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined under California law. To exercise these rights, contact us using the details below.
EEA, UK, and Switzerland residents
If you are located in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, we process your personal information on the legal bases of your consent, our legitimate interests, the performance of a contract, or compliance with a legal obligation, as applicable. You have the right to access, correct, erase, restrict, or object to our processing of your information, and the right to data portability.
We retain your information for the periods described in this policy. Where we transfer information outside your region, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses. You may also lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.
Children’s privacy
The Services are not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of 18. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.
