The hard problem with an autonomous worker isn’t capability. It’s trust. Most systems bury behavior in billions of weights, where the referee and the player are the same mind and a failure can’t be found or fixed. We put alignment in the architecture instead: an Actor that does the work and a separate Regulator that judges it against a legible policy, set per engagement, with an immutable ceiling. Failures surface at the boundary, where they can be caught and corrected.
